Career History

Thomas McMahon is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He joined Arch in August 2003 with more than 30 years of insurance industry experience. He served as Regional Executive Vice President of the Northeast Region for approximately 5 years.

Prior to Arch, he served as Executive Vice President of Royal & SunAlliance's U.S. Operations. During his tenure at Royal & SunAlliance, Mr. McMahon held a variety of senior-level management positions, including Field Executive, Area President, Chief Marketing Officer and head of Commercial Field Operations. He began his insurance career at The Hartford.
