Career History

Carl D. Sullo is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Facilities at Arch. He joined the company in March of 2009.

Prior to Arch, Mr. Sullo held executive and management positions at Quanta US Holdings, One Beacon Insurance, Crum & Forester, Reliance National, Colonial Penn Insurance and CIGNA. He most recently served as Vice President and Director at Quanta US Holdings. At Quanta, he was responsible for Global Human Resources, Facilities, Corporate Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Communication, coordination of Claim Outsourcing, and the Company Insurance Program among other responsibilities.

Prior to Quanta, Mr. Sullo served as a Managing Director at One Beacon Insurance. At Crum & Forester, Mr. Sullo served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Crum & Forester, he was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services at Reliance National. At Colonial Penn Insurance, he worked as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities. At CIGNA, where he began his career and spent 17 years, Mr. Sullo served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CIGNA, Director of HR & Training, field Regional Administrative Manager and Marine Underwriter.
