Career History

Glenn Ballew is Senior Vice President of Lender Products division. He joined Arch in 1998 with more than 30 years of industry experience.

Prior to Arch, Mr. Ballew gained experience in the areas of sales, product management, administration and underwriting management and held the role of President of the Consumer Products Division of GuideOne Insurance Group and President and Chief Executive Officer of Midwest Mutual Insurance Company. There, he oversaw the building of a profitable specialty products carrier from approximately $16 million to over $140 million. Prior to GuideOne and Midwest Mutual, Mr. Ballew was manager of staff personal lines underwriting for Allied Group.
