Career History

Roy G. Mahlstedt is the Executive Vice President of Programs at Arch. Mr. Mahlstedt joined Arch in 2002.

He brings his extensive service in the insurance industry to Arch with experience in the following positions: Senior Vice President with Zurich Corporate Solutions; President of LMG Property; Senior Vice President and COO of ALM Services, Inc.; Vice President, Strategic Development at Arkwright Mutual; Vice President, Sales and Marketing with Arkwright International in Frankfurt, Germany; and Assistant Vice President and Claims Manager at Arkwright in San Mateo, California.

Prior to Arkwright, Mr. Mahlstedt’s experience included tenures at Factory Mutual as a Loss Prevention Consultant, Loss Adjuster and Senior Adjuster, and CIGNA as a General Adjuster.
