Arch Insurance Group's Alternative Markets Division is comprised of a team of very experienced underwriting professionals with extensive expertise in the captive insurance programs marketplace. Our Alternative Markets Division writes primary workers' compensation, general liability, automobile and other lines for individual and group captive accounts. Our team is dedicated and has a deep understanding of the alternative market and captive programs and can structure your program on a timely basis. We offer excellent access to issuing paper and risk transfer.

Customer Profile

We entertain individuals or groups looking to take back a significant portion of their primary liability risks through a Captive or Rent-a-Captive. We will look at most classes of business - the key is the insureds' desire to take control of their primary program through a Captive Insurance Company. Classes that we have been successful with include:
